Retreating within your Self is a vital part of living fully. Intentional focus on the body, breath and mind is critical for rejuvenation of our whole Self. Personal retreats may include some of all of the following practices which are also included in classes, but going deeper with one-on-one  guidance from Vaishalee.

Asanas, or postures, are the basic foundation of health where we focus on improving the health of our muscles, tendons, organs and bodily systems including respiratory and circulatory.

Pranayama

Pranayama is the practice of intentional control of our breath. Breath is direct connection between our mind and body. Controlling the breath helps us to control our emotions and calm our mind.

Meditation

Meditation is the inward journey of self introspection. We learn to be with our Self, love our Self and be at ease with our Self. Silence helps us in this journey of self discovery.
