Calm the mind, improve your memory and concentration, improve your awareness of life overall.

MEDITATION

After individuals are more comfortable with their bodies and breath, meditation is a natural next step. Meditation is the finest tool for physical and mental health and growth. We offer workshops and individual sessions on teaching the classical Himalayan technique of meditation. 
Individuals will be taught the following: 
  • Methodical, practical approach to the meditation technique
  • Essential first steps for practicing meditation
  • Hows and whys of meditation postures
  • Importance of breath and how to regulate it
  • How to calm the mind while expanding your awareness

Meditation Sadhana
For those students, who have learned how to meditate, these sessions will give you an opportunity to refresh the technique, ask questions about your practice, and to meditate together.

Saturdays 9:00 -10:00 am
